Micazu is very user friendly and there are no extra administrative fees involved.

RATES
€1100 a week
€157 a night
minimum stay: 7 nights
Babybed, baby chair and camping bed are included. Also included: bedding (duvets, duvet covers, sheets and cushions), bath towels (large and small) and kitchen towels (theedoeken), for a maximum of 6 persons.
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Deposit: € 390.00 per stay
Electricity: calculated after the meter reading, will be deducted from the deposit
Final cleaning: € 90.00 per stay, will be deducted from the deposit
Reservation fee: 50% deposit upon booking. The booking is only final upon receipt of the deposit. Remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation until 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental amount is due
Cancellation until 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental amount is due
Cancellation until 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental amount is due
Cancellation at the start of the rental period or later: 100% of the rental amount is due.
Pets are not allowed.
