Casa Olivia is our comfortable holiday home situated in Gata de Gorgos. It can accommodate 6 persons.
The lovely family home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious groundfloor, flooded with light.
The house is surrounded by a nicely landscaped garden with a heated pool and jacuzzi. There are several seating areas, a terrace and a BBQ.
The living room and garden have wonderful views and the casa has all the utilities you need.
Our casa is situated in Balcon on Monte Pedreguer in Gata de Gorgos. Right in the middle of Alicante and Valencia. Both have international airports with plenty of flights going in and out all day. From both directions you can follow the AP-7 to Javea, approximately a 1 hour 15 minutes drive to the casa.
Take the stairs from the bathroom to the first floor. You'll see the first bedroom right away. It has a double bed, nightstands and a built-in closet. This room has a lovely view. The second bedroom on this floor als has a double bed and room for a single bed or camping bed. We have both and you can request them with your reservation. This room also has a built-in closet and a prefet view. This floor also has a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.
The top floor has the masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bathroom was fully renovated last year. It has a walk-in shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. The master bedroom is very spacious, has a roof terrace and has plenty of space to add a single bed or camping bed. The masterbedroom has two large built-in closets.
When you arrive at Casa Olivia, position your car in front of the gate and it will open automatically. The first thing you'll see is our heated pool.
The house is surrounded by a nicely landscaped garden. It has several fruit trees. There are several seating areas to sit back and relax. In the back of the garden you'll find a large outdoor dining table, underneath the grape tree. This spot also has the jacuzzi and offers a lovely view of Denia. To the side of the casa you'll find the swing and the slide for the kids.
The terrace by the pool has a bar with a mini fridge. You'll find another seating area underneath the pergola; a beautiful spot to spend the (late) evening. The terrace also has a BBQ; great to share with family and friends. The terrace is partially roofed, potentially fully roofed if you use the cloth we provide.

RESERVATION FEE
50% deposit upon booking. The booking is only final upon receipt of the deposit. Remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation until 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental amount is due.
Cancellation until 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental amount is due.
Cancellation until 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental amount is due.
Cancellation at the start of the rental period or later: 100% of the rental amount is due.
